The In-Character Interview
Character Name: Xenes
Class: Shaman
Level: 85
Professions: Herbalism / Alchemy
Character Description:
Xenes is quite clearly a very lazy Draenei, carrying herself with a relaxed smile, and an air of calmness as she traverses the many streets of Stormwind. Thick, wind-swept bangs frame her face with its illuminatingly white embrace, just long enough to hang against her shoulders. Her horns poke out from the less-than-daily cared for hairstyle, ends coming to a dull point. Often she is garbed in more formal tribal outfits, flowing leather skirts layering over a thin mail sheet protecting her legs whilst a mail breastplate lurked behind her tabard, which bore the insignia that spoke of her battle prowess, a trophy tabard against the Illidari underlings. There are few points where skin could be seen, however behind her beloved garbs would be numerous inscriptions drawn into her skin, having been healed over numerous times as if each scar was cut into again and again. Most of it is just rambling in Draenic, and others in Orcish. It was certainly a notable feature of the Shaman's persona.
Brief Character History:
Xen is Draenor born, in a region that is now claimed by the shattering that had befallen the now outland. Originally nothing more than a simple citizen trying to live, she developed a hobby of observing the numerous plants that lingered in her peoples courtyards, picking and collecting them as she began to pick up the habit of study. Numerous years of flourishing herbalism observation gave Xen the opportunity to begin experimenting with combinations, both medicinal and deadly, for trade. This study was quickly taken notice of by many of the newly made Shamans that began living among the Draenei. The practice of earth study was something they looked for, and Xen was a perfect case fit. She was inducted into the minuscule order and continued on with the alchemical combinations she was discovering in private.
Many of these recipes she has learned are inscribed on her body through needle, a 'last resort' of sorts when the Orcs made their first strike, and the end of Draenor as she knew was upon her. Not much else entirely too important has happened to the woman that is note worthy, aside that she now lives among the Humans in Stormwind and often visits Ironforge to stay in touch with the Earthen Ring.
How did your character become their class?: Induction and instruction under the first Draenei Shamans after the practice was discovered from Orcish clans in Draenor
Why do you wish to join Elysium?: Elysium is a guild that is highly regarded by word of mouth, and I'd like to be apart of a guild that deeply ties itself with the Draenei. It's similar to my reasons of joining Knights of Menethil, and their own Death Knight only policies.
Elysium operates in a militaristic fashion - that is, it is governed by a triumvirate and their council. Will you be able to obey orders if you are given them, or will that be a problem for your character?: This entirely relies on what the order is, but in most cases she won't deny them at all.

The Out of Character Interview
This section of the application is completely optional, but it is a way for officers to get to know you a little before meeting you.
Is this character a main or an alt?: Alt, I have 4 85's that I play.
Are you a part of any other guilds?: Knights of Menethil on my DK
What first got you into roleplaying? What kind of roleplaying experience do you have?: I began roleplaying in a Garrys Mod based server conglamerate known as Taconbanana, it hosted Half Life 2, Terminator, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. roleplaying servers, all of which I was involved in. I joined up with them about four years ago, and still go onto their servers to RP with the characters that are still alive ( PK's are something you'd have to be fond of, as they did happen. ) That was my first true taste of serious RP, I joined a few forum roleplays that never really lasted until finally, after having played WoW for a number of years (even before I joined TnB) I decided I should give WoWRP a shot. Made a horde death knight, leveled her a little ways, then hung around in the major cities looking for RP. It went well enough for the first few months, so eventually I decieded to move over the rest of my characters, and thats where I am today.
What sort of roleplay do you most enjoy? (Action, Romance, etc): I like Roleplay. Whatever comes my way is usually something I can get into.
